But I must say I have won over 200+ and they have cashed me out… now I’m going to see if I get my winnings I just won.. if I get paid out twice I’ll let you guys know.. but so far so good… I will definitely keep play this game instead of them Facebook scammers

Ok I’m back with results this game is they due cash you got in no time… but there’s always a but after you win over 1000 which is in different times when you go back and play you will not win anything well you will win small amounts but not enough to cash out or more than you put in.. Don’t know if they’re able to fix the games to where you won’t be able to win big amounts anymore but it’s something going on after you win more than thousand… trust me I have played after I have cash out a large amount but now I can’t hit for anything…. So when I spend more than I can win I just stop playing… but all in all they do cash you out what you win… just don’t expect to win anything else until you may have played back what you won from them… lol

SCAM

I won a large amount. Set up to cash out to PayPal. I verified my identity. Redemption shows waiting on review. I hit “contact customer service”. I told them that they are a scam. Here is their reply:

We know waiting can be tough, but we’ve already assigned the appropriate department to handle your redemption request, and they’re working to resolve it as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding during this process are greatly appreciated.

It’s been a week. Nada, zip, zero, zilch. I had made deposits. Yep they got me. Lesson learned.

KYC APPROVED on Website/FAILED ON APP

I initially signed up to be a customer on their website before I downloaded the app. And doing so I was able to verify my account almost instantaneously on the website, but when I downloaded the app and tried to redeem my winnings, my KYC verification was rejected because i was already verified on the website. I have tried to contact customer service every day for the past two weeks now asking if there has been any progress on fixing my account. And every day they keep telling me that the issue was forwarded to the relevant team, but I don’t see what could take this long to verify my profile on the app if my profile is already verified on their website. So I’m at the point where I’ve just completely lost hope in “THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT” fixing the issue. The issue being that I’m already verified on their website so the app will not let me be verified. All the while my account has winnings in it ready to be redeemed. But I have a strange feeling that my account would be verified the very next day if I played my balance down to zero!!!SMH
